Can you read me now?
A number of patrons have been emailing me recently about account issues they’ve been having. Some members have been unable to see any of the new Bonus material I’ve produced, and until yesterday, the reason for this perplexed me. It wasn’t until I did a little investigating that I discovered something important: over 200 of you had expired memberships, and the program I used to manage them didn’t downgrade these expired profiles automatically. That’s the reason many of you haven’t been able to get to any content at all!
If you can read this, then I’ve successfully downgraded your account. You should now have access to all Freebie materials (which is roughly 15% of what you had when you were paying). If there is anyone who is up to date on their payment, don’t hesitate to contact me so I can make the appropriate changes. Sorry about the confusion, folks!
