    Jake, it’s a satirical document based in truth…some atheist made this…from as far as I and the reddit forum follows can tell anyways!

    Yep, that’s definitely not a religiously-motivated document. Take a look at the site it came from (there’s a link at the bottom), and you’ll see that it comes from a non-religious person.

    But it’s definitely a great way to get familiar with common arguments you’ll see on the net. Whether evangelicals realize it or not, they are making these exact claims all the time.

    This isn’t legal advice, but Justin’s termination was likely kosher in Canada as long as a) he was provided with pay in lieu of notice commensurate with his length of service; and b) the leave he was on was not protected by employment standards legislation (which I’m almost positive it wasn’t). The other stuff sucks, but doesn’t really affect the legality of the termination.
