The wait is over
If you remember a few months back, a fan of the show sent me a preview for “Storm”, Tim Minchin‘s brilliant beat poem. Well, I’m happy to report that it’s done, so even though you may already have heard it, it’s worth watching again…and again and again. I’d like to congratulate Tim, DC Turner, and Tracy King for all their hard work!

I’ll admit I was given pause when the poem briefly touched on Storm “avoiding all meat” — I hate the notion that all vegitarians or vegans or fluffy hippies — overall that was excellent.

I believe that was aimed at the ones that don’t because it’s “trendy” and think that gives them the right to sneer down their noses at us omnivores, rather from a moral standpoint.
The type of person that tempts me to buy the maddox shirt with “for every animal you don’t eat, I’ll eat three” on it.

Kyle, I didn’t see it that way, I see it as all the fluffy hippies are vegetarians. You know…think of it as them giving vegetarians a bad name.
