Indian witchdoctor beheads 5 year old girl

Superstitious beliefs are deadly. I know most of you in the Western World barely give this a second thought, but in many parts of the world, ancient and deadly rituals are still being practiced. In a small village in India, a 5 year old girl was lured into a field where she was decapitated by the local witchdoctor. He killed poor little Vandana Kumari in order to help a local man produce a male heir. Because a number of young boys had died in early childhood, a human sacrifice was apparently needed to “get rid of these problems”.

In rural parts of India, these kinds of superstitious rituals are still practiced, and the results are always tragic. When will human beings stop believing in the completely absurd? Why the fuck would chopping off a little girl’s head help someone have a male child?

The three men involved have been arrested, so I hope there will be justice for little Vandana’s parents. I would have preferred she lived a healthy productive life, but I guess I’ll have to settle for these douchebags to be in jail for a long time instead.

As sad as this is, India has a much bigger problem of infanticide of young girls because parents fear the costs of dowries. Add to that, the legacy of the cast system and you realize India has a long way to come before it can join the rest of us in the modern world.

When in college one of my papers was on the european witch hunts. From what I gathered you can tell that these plucktards only pick on women without strong male support, and children. NO STRONG MALE (i.e.noble) was ever killed for witchcraft. As the Africa and indea cases show the same trend. In Africa the male aubinos are killed but they have no power nor even much physical strength. It is all about abruse of power that is allowed by the schite headed arses around them. Willing or stopping the ‘priests’ will not solve the problem because it is the grosse ignorance of those around them.
In fact this was not solved in europe until the ‘enlightenment’ of sechularism (spelt worng). That has been our salvation which is being slowly pecked away by the thiestards.

I think the biggest thing to take from all these types of stories is that they are all the result of poor (or non-existent) education and poverty.
